Thought I'd dip my toes in the water. Feel the temperature. You know, it doesn't help unite Americans to identify your new planet as BLUE. It's my side of the isle that tries to be color blind while your side clings to identity politics and preferential treatment under the label of affirmative action.

You acknowledge the absurdity of dividing Americans by color, yet you identify yourself as "Red" and on the "other side of the aisle." I do wish we could stop identifying our politics by team colors and sides of a room. And i suspect "color blindness" is a convenient call to ignore statistics that still indicate a distinct color bias in our society.

the aim is "new blue" here because blue skies and oceans are a key characteristic of a human habitable ecosystem.
