i know Huffington Post is poo-poo'd by some on the Left because of their over-dramatization, but EFF! Other news sources haven't even mentioned this yet.

to summarize, without for-cause removal protections, the president can control agencies like the Trade, Communications, Labor, Nuclear, and Energy departments by firing officials who do not carry out his will, direct them to help his friends and against his enemies, and deregulate favored industries.

this isn't 3-dimentional chess fellow citizens, this isn't even 2-dimentional chess. This is exactly what it presents itself as -- an American coo -- a government takeover in progress!

Not surprised at all, the SC has been giving THE LYIN' KING everything he wants, since he came to power again, but why should anyone be surprised, when the immunity ruling they gave him while he was out of power, basically said, " We give you a pardon on anything you did last time, and are rolling out the carpet for anything you want to do next time that you're in power"? Or as Ralph Nader said long ago, " If, or whether, you don't do politics (or voting), politics will be done to you"....
